This is how you can patch a
Super Nintendo game with a trainer:
Unpack the zipped file you downloaded from this site into a
temporary directory. Place the Snes rom in the same directory. From this point on, you'll
need a file-mergeing program. My favourite is Snestool 1.2.
You can download the program here.
When you start the program, choose the option "use
IPS" and the rest comes naturally. Always read the info files that come with the
patches, they often tell you how to use them.
